The following are the core values of the NNMF:

Recognised:  we will work at all times to ensure the NNMF is recognised as a centre for expertise and authority within the digital industries arena.  We will encourage all NNMF members to operate in a reputable manner and deliver excellence within their chosen field.  In promoting  excellence we will emphasise standards where appropriate.

Co-operative:  we will operate at all times in a co-operative manner, promoting openness amongst members and encouraging mutual member support and respect.
 
Adding value:  we will add value to our members by ensuring that events, information and collaboration aid learning and commercial opportunities wherever possible.
 
Progressive:  we will move with the times and ensure members are aware of current and future innovations which may affect their business.

Ethical:  we will approach everything we do in an ethical manner.    We will act with integrity.  We will be open and honest. We will not engender a blame culture; rather we will work with each other to learn from our mistakes.  We will be honest about our abilities.  We will not over-promise and under deliver.  We will continually strive to demonstrate that new levels of professionalism can be reached.
